Asustek merelease dua buah Laptop seri U-Bamboo yakni Asus U43F dan Asus U43JC. Kedua buah laptop mempunyai spesifikasi seperti Prosesor Intel Core i5 2.26GHz, Memori RAM DDR3 berkapasitas 4GB, Hard Disk 640GB, sebuah DVD Writer, layar LED 14 inch, tiga buah port USB, Port HDMI, Gigabit Ethernet LAN, Wifi 802.11n, built-in web camera dan sistem operasi Windows 7 Home Premium.
Untuk Asus U43F-BBA5 hadir menggunakan Kartu Grafis Intel integrated graphics dan Intel Wireless Display technology sedangkan Asus U43JC-BBA7 dilengkapi kartu grafis Nvidia Optimus switchable graphics, yang menggabungkan antara GeForce 310M 1GB dedicated card dan Intel’s integrated GPU. Asus U43F-BBA5 akan tersedia dengan kisaran harga $949.99 sedangkan U43JC-BBA7 dipasarkan dengan harga $999.99 per unit.
